  The job holder will undertake the overall public relations, corporate communications and marketing functions in China. Reporting to the Director and General Manager, China the incumbent will lead a team of PR/Marketing staff in formulating and executing the overall corporate communications and promotional/marketing strategies in China.

  Responsibilities:

Formulate the overall public relations and corporate communications strategy

National Human Resources Manager
 
  The incumbent will manage 2 HR teams (1 in SH and the other in GZ) to provide full spectrum of HR support to the functional heads. Key challenges include: attracting, motivating and retaining talents in the expanding market; design and implement reward systems; conduct T&D needs analysis, design and implement training programs; as well as develop the existing HR teams to provide seamless and professional services to the business.

At least 6-8 years' HR generalist experience in the China market, with an in-depth understanding of ways of operating in China, and strong knowledge of rules and regulations relating to China labor laws.

Prior experience in working with cross-cultural teams, with a focus on developing employees within the organization, to lead and succeed existing management executives.

Strong exposure in recruiting both middle management as well as operational staff throughout the organizational structure.

Prior experience in developing and managing compensation and benefit structures, reward programs, etc.


A self-starter, aggressive and proactive person, with the ability to deal with difficult and complex issues and work with people at different levels across the business environment.


Strong leadership qualities, a good team player with excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.

Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Prior working knowledge in the retail industry will be a plus.
