The appointee will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing and promotion programs to drive business growth. Working closely with each business unit in both merchandising and operations, she/he has to ensure the articulation of innovative marketing concepts into practical marketing tools and sales pitches. This position is required to provide marketing and communication support at the corporate level as well as to individual business unit and store.

  
  Required skills:
Degree in business or marketing disciplines;
8 years' solid experience in leading strategic marketing planning for multi-disciplined organization, preferably in retailing, serving diverse market/product segments and nationalities;
Hands-on experience in leading marketing programs in retailing or brand management and able to meet tight schedule effectively with track record of success;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong commercial sense and business acumen;
Creative, innovative and enthusiastic in motivating and developing new ideas/store concepts to drive business growth and success all the times;
Fluency in English and Mandarin a must;
A team leader;
