Warehouse Operations Manager |

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the daily operations and logistic flow of our distribution centre including warehouse operations, transportation operations, staff productivity level, vendor management, as well as budget and cost control.

Requirement |

University graduate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
|
|
|
3 years' hands-on management experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
|
|
|
Solid experience in large scale logistics operations with high volume of FMCG products preferable.
|
|
|
Exposure in retail distribution and FMCG field is definitely an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the sales, profits and market share of respective Wine and Drinks category by developing the right product range, maintaining good inventory management and carrying out respective promotion activities.

To measure the range performance.

To uplift sales and profit by implementation of organized Weekly promotional package.

To prepare the international wine fair purchase plan with tight time line.

To organize the International Wine fair with focus on Range, DM and Demonstration.

To ensure volume growth through stable competitive pricing.
|
|
|
To manage the stock level by working closely with Supply Chain Department.

To ensure communication is properly targeting our customers.

Requirement |

Tertiary Education or above.
|
|
|
Good exposure to Wine products or with experience in Food and Beverage area.
|
|
|
Experience in European Wine Fairs is a definitely advantage.
|
|
|
Outgoing personality, organised and detail-minded.
|
|
|
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
|
|
|
Excellent spoken English.
|
|
|
Preferably a WSET certificate holder.
