Buying Manager

With sales & profit accountability, the Buying Manager is responsible for leading a team in sourcing, planning and organising the commercial activities for specific category, e.g. Health & Beauty. He / she will also identify and develop the best and potential trading opportunities.

	Requirement
	4 - 5 years' experience in buying or category management in Retail / FMCG field.
	Strong business acumen and negotiation.
	Excellent communication and supervisory skills .

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Buyer.

Warehouse Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the daily operations and logistic flow of our distribution centre including warehouse operations, transportation operations, staff productivity level, vendor management, as well as budget and cost control.

	Requirement
	University graduate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
	3 years' hands-on management experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
	Solid experience in large scale logistics operations with high volume of FMCG products preferable.
	Exposure in retail distribution and FMCG field is definitely an advantage.

Category Buyer

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and coordinating the joint buying, sourcing, pricing and negotiation initiatives.

	Responsibilities
	Manage the assigned product category to drive sales and meet margin target.
	Source and select new and exclusive products to meet customers' needs.
	Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive price, deals and terms.
	Coordinate with external and internal parties to deliver the best promotion campaigns.

	Requirement
	University graduate.
	At least 3 years' sourcing or buying experience in FMCG industry, preferably exposure in wine, health and beauty or non-food categories.
	Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
	Strong negotiation skill, analytical and numeric ability.

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Buyer.

Buyer - Wine

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the sales, profits and market share of respective Wine and Drinks category by developing the right product range, maintaining good inventory management and carrying out respective promotion activities.

	Responsibilities
	To determine target range with proper target price points.
	To measure the range performance.
	To uplift sales and profit by implementation of organized Weekly promotional package.
	To prepare the international wine fair purchase plan with tight time line.
	To organize the International Wine fair with focus on Range, DM and Demonstration.
	To ensure volume growth through stable competitive pricing.
	To manage the stock level by working closely with Supply Chain Department.
	To ensure communication is properly targeting our customers.

	Requirement
	Tertiary Education or above.
	Good exposure to Wine products or with experience in Food and Beverage area.
	Experience in European Wine Fairs is a definitely advantage.
	Outgoing personality, organised and detail-minded.
	Good communication and interpersonal skills.
	Excellent spoken English.
	Preferably a WSET certificate holder.

Replenishment Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for data collection and analysis for stock forecasting. He or she will also assist in monitoring inventory level, handling stock allocation and liaise with suppliers for item ordering.

	Requirement
	Form 7 or above.
	1-2 years' working experience in retail or supply chain environment.
	Detail-minded, strong analytical skills and sensitive to numbers.
	Competency in MS Office applications.
