  Requirement:
Identify business opportunities with suppliers and develop marketing programs by working closely with internal customers e.g. trading and operations for sales uplift, customer excitement and company image enhancement.

Plan and execute micro-marketing programs by store-specific / psychographic segments to fuel new business growth.
Degree holder with 4-5 years trading and marketing experience preferably in beauty industry.

  Responsibilities:
Identify training needs, design and develop training programs to meet the business objectives.

Conduct training follow ups to ensure the effectiveness of training program.
Derive initiatives that reinforce a learning and development culture.

Assist to coach other trainers for their personal development.
Assist on ad-hoc learning & development projects.

  Requirement:
University graduates with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience.
Proactive, innovative, people and service oriented.
Retail experience is a definite advantage.
Possesses good communication and presentation skills in both English & Chinese.
Proficiency in PC skills.
