Requirements:

Tertiary education or above.
|
|
|
Min 6 years management experience in chain store operations with at least 2 years in similar capacity.
|
|
|
Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a high performance team to achieve business targets.
|
|
|
Strong commercial sense and excellent organizational skills.
|
|
|
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
|
|
|
|

Will be responsible for leading a team of store staff to maximize the store operating profit through identifying sales and growth opportunities, ensuring product availability and proper merchandise display, monitoring store standard, enforcing cost control measures, maintaining a highly motivated and productive workforce and ensuring a friendly shopping environment to customers.

Requirements:

|
Tertiary education or above.
|
|
|
Minimum 5 years experience in retail chain store operations with at least 2 years in store manager/assistant store manager level.
|
|
|
Strong commercial and customer service sense.
|
|
|
Strong organizational and communication skills.
|
|
|
Good command of spoken English and Putonghua.
|
|
|
|
