operates over 7,900 retail stores running the
gamut from health & beauty, luxury perfumeries
& cosmetics to food, electronics, fine wine
and airport retail arms. Also an established
player in the beverage industry, ASW provides
a full range of beverages from bottled water,
fruit juices, soft drinks and tea products to
the world's finest wine labels via its
international wine wholesaler and
distributor.
ASW is a member of the world renowned Hong Kong-based conglomerate
Hutchison Whampoa Limited, which has major
interests in ports & related services, telecommunications,
property & hotels, retail and energy, infrastructure, investments and others with businesses in

Asia's favourite brands and retail chains.
These include health & beauty specialist
Watsons Your Personal Store, PARKnSHOP
supermarket, TASTE food galleria, Great Food Hall,
Gourmet boutique style fine food hall, Fortress electrical
appliance stores, Watson's Wine Cellar and
Nuance-Watson airport duty free shops. ASW
is also a major producer and distributor of
water products and beverages in the region
with Watsons Water the top-selling brand in
Hong Kong.
In Europe, ASW now operates stores in
twenty-six countries under Kruidvat, Superdrug, Trekpleister,
Rossmann, ICI PARIS XL, Savers, Drogas,
Marionnaud The Perfume Shop, Spektr, Watsons Your Personal Store and DC brands.
In Switzerland, wine-trading company Badaracco is a valued member of the ASW family, bringing
valuable synergy to the Group's retail operations.
