  • Each of our brands is responsible for developing and executing its own training and development strategy. There will be specialist functional training initiatives as well as management and leadership training. Particular emphasis is paid to all our store staff through a comprehensive training in product knowledge, store operations and customer service. On an individual level, we believe that whatever your field or level, you should be encouraged to take ownership of your own development and progression.
  • To help new staff adapt, we provide all our employees with a properly structured induction programme.
  • We are committed to promoting regular performance and career development conversations with your manager and fast track management development programmes for top performers.

  • Stores – Delighting our customers is a key role for all who work at A.S Watson, and especially so for our front line store teams who are critical to our business.
  • Head Offices – The A.S. Watson corporate headquarters is located in Hong Kong, outside of which each retail brand will also have its own central office in the respective markets.
  • Distribution Centres – An efficient supply chain is important to any successful retail organisation and here at A.S. Watson, we are proud of our logistics expertise.
