Outstanding Staff win '2003 Service & Courtesy
Award'

Two
outstanding store managers from PARKnSHOP
and Watson's Wine Cellar were today honoured with
the '2003 Service & Courtesy Award', presented
by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association
(RMA) today.
This
brings yet more industry recognition of both companies'
high regard for providing exemplary customer service.
The
two winners were Clement Yip Ming-chi, Store Manager
of Fanling PARKnSHOP and
Jennifer Tse, Manager of Hing Wai Building Watson's
Wine Cellar.
Both
PARKnSHOP and Watson's Wine
Cellar provide their staff with extensive training,
covering product knowledge, customer service and
sales techniques.
Clement
and Jennifer's excellent performance is a source
of pride to both companies and all their colleagues,
and strengthens our determination to make sure
