In my 13 years with Superdrug, I’ve seen how the company encourages you to work, share and learn together, giving me exposure and knowledge from different departments. There are so many amazing examples within our business of how Superdrug has nurtured talent from the shop floor up and allowed people to dream and succeed. I am one of those. It’s not easy juggling being a mum and having a career, but compared to many of my mummy friends I feel lucky that my job has allowed me to have both. Working in retail is very challenging, but the culture here ensures that even on the most challenging days you know you can get through it.
