First launched in December 2000, the 34,500 square feet food hall at the basement of Pacific Place, Great Pacific Place, offers over 46,000 product items across all categories of gourmet food and world-class cooking and dining ware.

In the Basic Grocery Category, Great carries over 20,000 items from the most precious 25-year old Balsamic Vinegar from Modena Italy, to the purest glacier water from Norway, the most trendy Japanese snacks to the most authentic condiments from Hong Kong and China. Great also carries the widest range of organic and health products in town, with over 2,000 varieties of products for every daily need and special diets. In its Fresh Produce section, Great offers the freshest fruits and vegetables from around the world daily. The Fresh Meat counter offers over 300 meat items, including premium cuts and specialty meats from around the world with rotisserie and hot and chilled meat counters, while the Seafood counter offers around 100 items, most of which are flown in from around the world. As for the famous Bakery in Great, it offers around 300 items from the most authentic French baguettes, Italian ciabatta and local delicacies like pineapple buns to tailor-made cakes and pastries.

For Great-er convenience, Great opened a second store at the Festival Walk Shopping Centre in Kowloon in November 2002. The 2,000 square feet store is a mini version of the flagship store in Pacific Place, featuring some of Great's most in-demand international food products with a key focus on delicatessen and Asian confectionery and grocery.

Great Pacific Place is open from Sunday to Friday from 10:00am to 10:00pm and from 9:00am to 10:00pm on Saturdays.

Great Festival Walk is open from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily
