Nuance-Watson is a joint venture between A.S. Watson and The Nuance Group of Switzerland, the world's leading Travel Retail Operator. In 2002 it won the "Asia/Pacific Travel Retailer of the Year" Award, presented by the Raven Fox Group for Travel Retail Excellence.

Nuance-Watson operates outlets in Hong Kong and Singapore, Asia's two busiest and most modern airports. It commenced operations in July 1998 at the Hong Kong International Airport (Chek Lap Kok) and is the largest retailer, holding two of the three anchor concessions - General Merchandise and Perfumes & Cosmetics.

Nuance-Watson expanded into Singapore's Changi Airport in September 2001, where it now holds the Perfumes & Cosmetics concession in Terminals 1 and 2. Currently, it operates some 44 retail stores in both airports, ranging from perfumes, cosmetics, label products, leather goods and electronics to general merchandise.
Nuance-Watson's distinctive merchandising strategy is part of its growing success in the Travel Retail market.

Nuance-Watson has an undivided commitment to partnerships with airports based on maximising shareholder returns and providing an excellent shopping experience.

Nuance-Watson makes significant investments in understanding the specific needs and buying behaviour of its customers through:
