A.S. Watson, the world’s largest international health and beauty retailer, has launched The Perfume Shop’s first experiential concept store in Sheffield, UK. It has been lately ranked as one of the Top 47 Best New Retail Concept Stores in the world by Insider-trends.
A.S. Watson Group Millennials CSR Committee members attended the “Give a Smile” medical mission with our global NGO partner Operation Smile, in Mae Sot, Thailand. The Committee members were part of our volunteer team to reach out to the cleft patients and their families and took different roles in the mission. A.S. Watson Group’s “Give a Smile” campaign has funded surgery for around 1,500 children with cleft palate or cleft lip since its launch in 2018, giving them new smiles and hope.
A.S. Watson Group established a global Millennials CSR Committee for the first time featuring 14 young colleagues to help enhance the company’s social responsibilities roadmap. Millennials from 11 markets in Asia and Europe are selected to be on this mission.
GREAT Food Hall, located inside Pacific Place, has unveiled its brand-new look. After completing a few months long renovation program, GREAT has reimagined its spacious floor area of 36,000 square feet, and has selected over 12,000 surprising delicacies from all over the globe. A.S. Watson Group organised the Project LOL Elderly Visit, a highlighting activity of Smile for Good 2019, with the support of 1,200 volunteers from the Group’s business units and 45 business partners to visit more than 2,000 singleton elderly in Hong Kong on 13 October 2019.

At the City Food Drive 2019 Volunteer Day, PARKnSHOP Hong Kong volunteer team partnered with Knorr volunteers to visit the Food Angel Shamshuipo Community Centre again. Volunteers prepared hot meals and distributed goodie bags to nearly 180 elderly, as well as participated in the healthy chair dance with them, together enjoying a wonderful morning!
PARKnSHOP and Knorr is also launching the 2nd round of fundraising activity – by donating 1% of sales proceeds to Food Angel for every Knorr product purchased in PARKnSHOP stores during 12 Aug to 8 Sep.
