ICI PARIS XL launches “We’ve Got Your Back” campaign. Beauty Advisors are online to have live chat with shoppers in real-time, providing personalised advice and products recommendation and addressing consumers’ needs during the coronavirus crisis.
In April 2019, customers who visited ICI PARIS XL stores could return an empty bottle or packaging and receive a minimum of 20-30% discount on their next purchase. The returned bottles and packages were then recycled. This is a great incentive for customers while helping the environment.
ICI PARIS XL presented their Give a Smile campaign in Amsterdam in a press event. To support and give hope to children with cleft lip and palate worldwide, €1 was donated to Operation Smile for every BE Creative Make-Up Lipstick sold in a 2-month campaign.
Staff members in the ICI PARIS XL French and Dutch offices were given the opportunity to attend a series of skincare workshops in collaboration with several brands. They were given branded tote bags which were specially commissioned for the event and employees are encouraged to reuse them afterwards.

Awards were handed out to members of staff who excelled at their work, both in stores as well as at the headquarters. All staff members were stimulated and eager to contribute more to their work.
For the 12th time, ICI Paris XL Belgium won the award for Best Retailer of the Year in the perfumery category. This is all down to the hard work of the entire team who work hard to ensure the excellence of our service and products.
ICI PARIS XL Netherlands received the “Best Folder Perfumery Market” title in the Best Product Awards. Jointly organized by the DDMA Business Group Distributions and Q&A research institution, 6,000 consumers were invited to review and vote for their favorite folders in the Netherlands.
All staff of the ICI PARIS XL head office gathered together for a Culture Program, to brainstorm and discuss possible ways in which the work environment could be adjusted to suit the needs of employees and improve the team’s digital agility. Afterwards a design team was created, with the aim of setting up workgroups to answer specific questions and give solutions to problems about the working environment.
Every year, ICI Paris XL presents awards to employees who have excelled in their work. This year, the awards were presented on 25 January. The aim each year is to acknowledge deserving employees and to inspire all staff, those in the company’s headquarters and its stores are eligible to win an award.
In partnership with the Look Good Feel Better foundation, ICI PARIS XL sold special Good Vibes bracelets in stores. For every sale made, €5 was donated to the foundation, which organises grooming workshops for women with cancer. This is on top of the make-up ICI PARIS XL donates twice yearly, to facilitate the workshops that aim at boosting the confidence and physical appearance of women who undergo chemotherapy.
