During the pandemic, The Perfume Shop injected a dose of freshness to colleagues in-store or distancing at home through giving them the option to continue learning and exploring new online learning modules. Each Monday on The Nose (the employee communications platform), a “Learning Checklist” with selected modules will be offered to empower colleagues.

To fight against the pandemic, The Perfume Shop was determined to put smiles back on everyone’s faces with the launching of the TPS 180 Club. Such was a cause to sign people up, each to either run, walk or jog 180 km to raise money for Operation Smile UK. Over £6,000 has already been swiftly raised, and the operation is ongoing throughout the year!

Smile Inside Out Week


The Perfume Shop’s Smile Inside Out Campaign started on World Smile Day and focused on “Bringing A Smile” and “Feeling Great Inside Out”. Through virtual live events and posts focusing on health, lifestyle, positivity and love, from sharing on mood boosting scents to nominating someone who makes you smile. This campaign also supported Operation Smile UK to raise awareness and funds.
