To share our passion and appreciation for wine, Watson’s Wine invited customers to take part in a game during the Halloween month – customers who answered a simple wine-related question correctly would receive a gift. What’s more, customers shared their happy wine moments on social media to keep the positive vibe alive.
To encourage customers to stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, Watson’s Wine offers free delivery service to eCommerce customers at a lower spending amount.
In a wine bottle upcycling workshop held by Watson’s Wine, while participants enjoyed the wine, they also drew on a upcycled wine bottle by using their creativity, turning the wine bottle into an art piece.
What do yoga and biodynamic wine have in common? They both place a heavy emphasis on balancing and connecting oneself with nature. In a one-hour Watson’s Wine workshop that blended yoga practice and biodynamic wine tasting, participants got to stimulate both body and palate at the same time.

Used wine crates found a second home when Watson’s Wine Hong Kong donated them to the Social Welfare Department to be upcycled into bookshelves for underprivileged families through the parent-child reading campaign. Participants of the campaign painted and decorated the wooden crates and brought them home as their new bookshelves.

For three consecutive years, A.S. Watson Group (ASW) and its retail brands in HK were awarded the Green Office Label in the Green Office Awards Labelling Scheme (GOALS) organised by World Green Organisation (WGO), to recognise for our commitment and achievement in implementing green practices within workplace. The group also clinched the Eco-healthy Workplace Label this year by fulfilling the criteria of eco-healthy workplace best practices. Six awards were received this year, for A.S. Watson Group, A.S. Watson Industries, Watsons, PARKnSHOP, FORTRESS and Watsons Wine.

The “Sustainable Business Award 2016” was organised by World Green Organisation, which measured Hong Kong corporations’ achievements in building quality working environment, working towards environmental protection, conducting business responsibly and involving the community effectively.
There were eleven winners this year, with A.S. Watson being the only company from the health & beauty retail sector.
