With Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, Watsons China’s headquarters in Guangzhou set up a one-day marketplace under three themes: Creative Market, Idle Selling and Food Street. All booths were created by the employees themselves. In conjunction to this, “W Competition” was held for participants and the first 50 employees who completed checking in at all booths would be able to attend a charity auction, bringing home great bargains and contributing to a charitable cause.
In order to celebrate Children’s Day with staff and their children, Watsons China did something creative this year with a live broadcast in store with Watsons’ Children KOL, encouraging them to interact with viewers and experience the hottest way to social media marketing now. In addition to sharing new and popular products with the audience, the webcast also allowed the children to experience something new and fresh.
In an effort to boost employees’ sense of belonging and make them feel Watsons’ care for them and their families, every warehouse staff of Watsons China was provided with children’s face masks before Children’s Day to help protect their health and wellbeing. Children who received the masks also started in a series of fashionable “cute face warrior” photos on the day of the festival and warmed many hearts!
To encourage the public to exercise more at home and remain healthy during the COVID lockdown, Watsons Water and Keep App co-organised the “Keep Health Community Campaign”. The campaign invited well-known and popular bloggers on Weibo to share their knowledge and tips on exercise and fitness and encourage viewers to drink more water during exercises, keeping a healthy lifestyle and positive attitude!
Watsons China shows their gratitude to frontline heroes by launching a “Free black card membership for medical staff” program in March.
Medical staff can receive one-year black card membership for free and enjoy all the black card privileges.
