Kruidvat published its latest CSR Annual Report, with achievements including a 50% reduction in CO2 emissions in 2020 compared to 2015, and having 599 stores equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting.
ICI PARISI XL marked World Cancer Day with a range of activities, including free beauty sessions and virtual beauty workshops for cancer patients in collaboration with Think Pink and Look Good Feel Better, to give participants a happy feeling in time of sickness.
Colleagues from Kruidvat and Trekpleister worked together to volunteer at the neighborhood Foodbank to help them sort and organise incoming donations and fill food boxes for about 100 families per week. They also donated approximately 1,000 clean diaper samples to the Foodbank.

On World Clean Up Day, volunteer team from Kruidvat and Trekpleister Netherlands marched to a nature reserve near the headquarters to pick up trash and clean up the area. It’s important that everyone is reminded of the importance of keeping our natural environment clean after our visit.

Trekpleister works its best to adjust opening hours and keep as many stores open as possible during the challenging time. Preventive measures are taken to limit the number of people in a store, maintain customers distance, and sanitise stores regularly to ensure customers’ safety.
Kruidvat has taken several preventive measures in stores to protect customers and prevent the further spread of the coronavirus, such as avoiding direct hand-to-hand contact, encouraging electronic payment, removing testers and strengthening hygiene requirements.
