September was World Alzheimer’s Month, and The Perfume Shop took this opportunity to rally behind its charity partner Alzheimer’s Research UK. It raised awareness on social media and raised funds for this worthy cause. The Perfume Shop donated fifty pence for every personalised ribbon sold and a total of £84,039.02 was raised!
Superdrug opened a new sustainable store in Peterborough Serpentine Green Shopping Center! The store features fully recyclable signage including graphics produced from recycled yarn and plastic bottles. The ceiling tiles are made with recyclable materials and the number of LED Mod lights in the ceiling is reduced by 20%. In addition, there is a waste management target of 5% to landfill.
Customers can find a wide range of sustainable health and beauty products at the new store, including Superdrug’s own brand ranges as well as other sustainable brands such as Palmer’s, Weleda and Wild Earth.

Drogas Lithuania has put sustainability at the heart of its mission. It partnered with Garnier and hosted the Clean Beauty – Clean Water campaign to clean up Lake Galvė in the city of Trakai. Volunteers gathered to clean up all kinds of waste from the lake ranging from glass, plastic foams to bottles.
