A.S. Watson Group (ASW) today announces management change in its health and beauty retail business in the Benelux, with the appointment of Ed van de Weerd as CEO of A.S. Watson Benelux with effect from 1st July 2019, succeeding Gerard van Breen who has taken the decision to retire after 14 years of service.

The Perfume Shop supported Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day with colleagues from stores, head office and the warehouse. They celebrated this annual event by wearing festive jumpers and donating to the charity as well as spreading Christmas cheer with customers.
In the weeks running up to Christmas, A.S. Watson London team joined their local charity partner Katherine Low Settlement in a number of charity events. The team whipped up delicious Christmas lunch for the elderly at the community centre, raised money, and collected Secret Santa gifts.

A.S. Watson London office celebrated the holiday season early with a Christmas party at the end of November. Held at an exclusive venue, the evening started out with a quiz where winners took home fabulous prizes, followed by food, drinks and merriment aplenty — in the form of bowling and karaoke.
To celebrate International Men’s Day, Superdrug offered male grooming experiences in their head office concierge and café spaces, with the help of L’Oréal, Gillette and Phillips. Male colleagues were treated to free shaving services, along with a chance to win prizes by taking part in other fun activities, such as darts and foosball competitions.
They also celebrated with male colleagues all across Superdrug by posting a series of interviews and blog posts on the internal communication platform, where they shared their experiences with mental health, their journey with Superdrug and more.
