I grew up in a small town in North Albania and faced a huge culture shock moving to Rome on a scholarship. Adapting to the big city was tough and lonely, but my degree and master’s programme kept me focused. After graduation, I started my career in information security. Through hard work and dedication, I found opportunities to grow and now leading technology and application security. The leadership of my supervisor inspired my own style and encouraged freedom to innovate. Reflecting on my journey, I appreciate the growth in confidence and the importance of welcoming new team members. I value the diverse cultures within AS Watson and the shared vision for a respectful, happy workplace where people can be themselves.
