I began my career nearly 10 years ago at ICI PARIS XL, fresh out of college and searching for direction. Starting as a Marketing Assistant, I thrived in a busy, customer-focused environment, surrounded by colleagues who truly supported my growth. Thanks to ongoing training and encouragement, I quickly gained confidence, earned promotions, and discovered my true potential. Now, as Marketing Manager for the past two years, I deeply value our culture - a 90% female team that fosters support, empowerment, and community. Six months before my promotion, I welcomed my baby boy, and the flexibility offered made balancing work and family possible.
