Watsons, the leading health and beauty retailer in Asia and Eastern Europe, steps into the trend-setting spotlight as the official makeup sponsor for the world’s first most advanced humanoid robot Sophia, and helps her glow up to get a fresh new look in the Marketing Meetup Conference held in Istanbul.
Sophia is the first ever rationale robot with human traits. She came to Turkey for the first time to attend a Marketing Conference in Istanbul in April, and this was the first makeup project with a robot in Turkey.
Watsons Turkey was proud to be the official makeup sponsor of Sophia. The brand sent one of our make up artists who graduated from Watsons Academy to make Sophia look good before the press conference.
The makeup event was featured in the social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube, which had successfully generated large noises and reached more than 2.9 million customers and social media users within 19 hours.
