Watsons Hong Kong boasts an impressive recycling programme that has successfully recycled 1.2 million empty bottles over the past four years, equivalent to the height of 722 IFC buildings.

World Pharmacists Day is on 25 September, and it’s an annual opportunity to call out the great work pharmacists do every day.

To support the “IncluSEN Community Day” organised by the InspiringHK Sports Foundation, Watsons Hong Kong Health Professional Team participated to enhance public understanding of children with special educational needs (SEN). Watsons’ passionate registered dietitians and Chinese medicine practitioners brought energy and expertise to the event. They delivered engaging health talks that shared tips on acupressure and nutritional diets for children. Additionally, the team created fun, interactive health games that made learning enjoyable for everyone.
AS Watson Group Retail Academy Qualifications Framework (QF) Recognised Qualifications Presentation Ceremony was held in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). AS Watson Group Retail Academy is proud to nurture more than 5,200 retail talents in the past five years, providing them with an opportunity to apply their learning to work and develop their own retail career paths.

PARKnSHOP Hong Kong's City Food Drive 2024 has successfully concluded, raising over HK$1.24 million in food and donations for Food Angel, which helps provide nutritious meals to those in need. The matching initiatives also contributed 1 million BESTBuy fresh brown eggs.
Watsons Hong Kong, in partnership with Junior Chamber International Tai Ping Shan, successfully concluded the Medicines Disposal Programme on 30 June. The initiative involved collecting unused medicines at nearly 60 pharmacies across Hong Kong and placing medication disposal boxes in back office to engage colleagues. The Watsons’ pharmacists team analysed the collected medicines, providing valuable insights for improving medication disposal services in Hong Kong and exploring opportunities for expansion.
